Over time, the functions of the USB port were constantly added, and today it is possible to connect a large number of different devices to it. These include special lamps, which are worth talking in more detail.

If you are going to examine in detail the functional USB-lamps, you need to answer the main question: what is all the same included in the definition of a USB gadget.

All electronic gadgets can be divided into functional and decorative:

• Functional devices perform certain functions. They are purchased to perform certain tasks.

If you decide to buy a LED-lamp, then you need to pay special attention to its stand. It often happens that the weight of the bulb itself exceeds the weight of the base. Because of this, the device may be unstable and easy to fall off the table. It is also necessary to consider the length of the wire. It must be no shorter than 50 cm.

Versions without stand are compact. They are flexible tubes with LED lights mounted on them, located at the end. At the other end of such products there is a USB plug.

There are interesting options in which the tube is made of a transparent material. Inside them are LED-light bulbs-garlands. LED USB-lamps without stand can have only one diode (as a light source) or several small light bulbs.

Not so long ago appeared on the market USB salt lamps. They contain high-tech ceiling made of salt crystals. Such devices release into the environment useful ions for the human body. They neutralize the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation. At the base of such bulbs there is an LED with a soft and pleasant light.

USB-lamps do not differ complex designs. As a rule, they consist of three main elements:

• USB plug;

• light bulbs (more often - LED).
