Luminous stickers and wallpapers accumulating light energy also belong to the new light design methods. The use of several such techniques, such as the combination of a light ceiling and paints accumulating light, can create a truly unique design.

Placing more sophisticated lighting fixtures than LED strip can allow you to control the ceiling lighting solution with a special controller. This design does not require special skills. It is only necessary to have several independent light structures and their connection to the control panel.

In the design of light suspended ceilings only the best materials are used. It is a translucent thick PVC film of high quality. Translucent material is used in most stretch ceilings, not even used in conjunction with LEDs.

The level of transparency or light transmission of such a film can reach up to 50%. This indicator itself is also associated with the chosen color of the tension structure. Dark tones help create a special decorative effect, and lighter shades, including white, make it possible to use such a ceiling as the main lighting device.

Each of them, in turn, is divided into the sequential execution of simple tasks according to a given algorithm.

The installation of the lighting part is performed according to a specific scheme:

• The first step is the preparation (cleaning of potential shedding, priming and leveling the surface of the mount).
• Then the LED strip itself is attached with adhesive tape. The process does not require complex installation tools due to the relatively low weight of the products.
• The tape allows you to place a light source of any shape and length, it can also be cut to the specified labels and connect individual segments using connectors.
• The design of the lighting part, made using LED strips, includes a controller and a transformer 120/12 V.

When self-installation should pay attention to a few fundamental points:

• The accuracy of compliance with the level of the ceiling due to the work of lighting devices will be more noticeable than without them.
• Translucent canvas should be placed at least 150 mm below the light source.This will create a space or box in which the light is diffused.
• Heating with a heat gun or a building dryer must be carried out in compliance with all safety standards, as in this case we are talking not only about the integrity of the web, but also about the health of electrical appliances.

With self-assembly, you should not use lighting devices with incandescent lamps, as due to low ventilation inside the box of the stretch ceiling, overheating may occur. This can lead to rapid failure of lighting and even fire.

It should be noted that the design of the luminous ceiling does not imply routine maintenance of lighting devices. This means that it is preferable to choose high-quality LEDs, not the lowest price category.

Also, do not forget that most LED structures require 12V voltage, so to connect them to the network with a conventional 220V, you need a special transformer.In most cases, such a transformer adapter comes with LED tape. In addition to it, it is recommended to equip your system with a controller that allows you to control individual sections of the light strip and their power.

Keep in mind that the power of LED strips is not too high. If the overlap transparency does not exceed 50%, a large number of LEDs may be needed to fully illuminate large rooms.
