The third type is considered the most modern, economical and mobile. Electric underfloor heating is characterized by the fact that it significantly adds to the cost of electricity and has electromagnetic radiation, which, if frequently found in this room, can be harmful to health. Water heated floors - not the best option for apartments, since they are difficult to install, there is a risk of flooding the neighbors.

When decorating the loggia, you can take the same materials that were used to design the kitchen, or completely different, both in color and in texture. Then the loggia zone will stand out and this can also be beaten in the interior.

So, depending on the design features of the house, you can get permission to tear down the wall and combine the kitchen and the loggia. It is difficult to achieve such an agreement, since the cold and warm zones will come into contact. The most problematic is to connect the stove on the loggia. Instead of wallpaper in the area of ​​the slab, you should choose another decorative coating - tile or plaster. If, nevertheless, the stove on the loggia is gas, then there should be more than 30 cm to the windows.

There are original electric stoves, the burners of which are not located around the perimeter of the stove surface, but one above the other. This option will also save precious centimeters of space.

It is possible to install not only a functional worktop or a bar on the subwindow unit. Here you can build a small table, which will be an important element of the decor:
