Sauna stoves "Gorynych-3": features and characteristics

Sauna stoves

Bath traditions have come down to us from the depths of the centuries and to this day have not lost their relevance. A bath in the backyard or in a private house is always the pride of the owner and a great place to relax and rest. Hot steam baths, the smell of natural wood, birch whisks - all this has a beneficial effect on the body, restores emotional and psychological balance.

The heart of the bath and its main attribute is the stove. The functionality, the main idea and the essence of the bath depends on how correctly the design or method of stove installation is chosen.

Features of the sauna stove

As a rule, the bath consists of three main rooms: a steam room, a sink and a dressing room. In some cases, the steam room and the washing compartment can be combined. The sauna stove is installed according to a special technology in such a way as to evenly heat all the rooms, but with the condition that the higher temperature in the steam room and the washing room is maintained.

One of the essential components of a bath stove is a water tank. An important role is also played by bricks or stones. The stones used in the furnace absorb heat, keep the heat warm for a long time, and when they are poured with cold water they provide a room with hot steam.

Species

According to the material of manufacture, bath stoves are made of metal or baked bricks.

Brick

A brick (or stone) stove is a classic of bath houses, but its construction requires certain experience and skills, adherence to safety measures, knowledge of the technology of ensuring good traction and other important nuances, without which the correct functioning of the stoves is impossible. In addition, the stone structure requires sufficient space in the room, the creation of a separate foundation, special observance of fire safety rules.

Metallic

Today, the most economical option is metal bath stoves, possessing a number of indisputable advantages.

  • Efficiency. The metal furnace is compact, its installation does not take much time and space.
  • Huge selection of options. It is possible to choose a model suitable for a specific bath.
  • Ease of installation. In order to install a finished metal furnace, no kiln skills are required.
  • Due to its compactness, a metal stove can be lined with a heater. So she will keep warm for a long time and look like a classic bath stove.

Models

Among the variety of modern furnace products for the bath is to provide a metal bath stove of the domestic manufacturer "Termosfera". The company specializes in the production of steel furnaces and hardening boilers and for several years of work has positively established itself in the Russian market. Customer reviews are mostly positive: they talk about the high quality of products, ease of installation and ease of use of products.

One of the most popular models from the manufacturer today is the bathing stove "Gorynych".The product is made of heat-resistant steel, has a longitudinal burning system and a spiral-shaped chimney. The market is presented in two forms.

"Gorynych-2"

The model is designed for large rooms, combined double room and sink.

"Gorynych-3"

This configuration is designed for separate steam and washing. The product is installed in the pier between the rooms, heating the entire structure as a whole. The design is compact and functional: the heater is located in the steam room, the tank with water is in the washing room, and the kindling of the furnace is made from a waiting room.

Device and technical characteristics

The elongated spherical shape of the furnace goes into the chimney, consisting of two knees. The dimensions of the model "Gorynych-3" vary within one meter in height, length and width. The weight of the product is about 200 kg, which may be a minus during transportation, but it will be an undoubted advantage for reliability and stability.

The cleaning hatch is located at the end of the chimney., volumetric deep heater allows you to hold a large number of large stones - up to 100 kg. The furnace is built into the wall in such a way that the partition passes over the surface of the furnace.Depending on the layout of the sauna room, the stove may have a different arrangement of the tank and the heater: right or left.

High-strength steel (8 mm) with double external and internal penetration ensures a long service life of at least 15 years. A water tank with a volume of 100 liters and dimensions of 30x70 cm does not take up much space and is the optimum capacity for heating water. Boiling water in a tank diluted with cold water is enough for the whole family or a large company.

Installation

Installation drawings are included in the product kit and are attached to the data sheet. To install the furnace requires laying concrete foundation. Important: metal sheets or bricks are not suitable for the foundation! Metal does not guarantee the stability of the structure, which may be unsafe, cause fire or scalding. A brick, even heat-resistant, under the weight of the product and from moisture will eventually collapse, and the furnace will begin to roll on its side.

The foundation is poured under the entire furnace, that is, on both sides of the walldelimiting washing and steam room. The concrete base must be level with the finished floor. In this case, the heat will diverge throughout the base of the room.

The laying of part of the wall above the stove is made of heat-resistant red or yellow brick. Use of refractory bricks is optional. Facing bricks are not suitable for masonry due to low heat resistance.

It is more expedient to entrust the installation of the chimney to specialists in order to avoid damage and improper inclination.

After installing the product, it is necessary to make the first furnace in order to check the operation of the chimney, the degree of heating of the adjacent wooden structures, as well as for the final hardening of the enamel. At the first firebox a sharp smell may appear, but it will quickly disappear.

Exploitation

The kindling is made by dried firewood. For this it is better to use deciduous trees. It is undesirable to use coniferous raw materials, as the resinous evaporating of coniferous wood will quickly clog the chimney.

Ash must be left at least a few millimeters when collecting - this will serve as a thermal interlayer between the concrete base and burning firewood.

The diameter of the chimney is quite large, so with proper operation, cleaning will be required no more than once every three years.

A cleaning hatch is located at the back of the furnace. If it is planned to completely brick the furnace, it is necessary to plan in advance the access to the cleaning hatch.

When kindling the tank must be filled with water. After using the bath in the winter months, the remaining water in the tank must be completely drained, since at low temperatures, the solidifying water can break the metal.
